One size. One logo.
500 mats
Existing rectangular construction, an available standard color, one single-color logo and individual bags.
The size and artwork minimums apply to the same batch of 500 mats.
Private label / OEM / ODM
Start with the mat your customer needs. Choose the size, sealed edge, print and packaging—then build the order around those specifications.
For fully encapsulated silicone fiberglass baking mats, plan from 500 pieces per size using an existing construction. Logo printing starts at 500 pieces per artwork. New structural designs start at 2,000–3,000 pieces.

01 / Plan the order
MOQ means minimum order quantity. Use these starting quantities to plan an inquiry; the quotation confirms the final minimum for your size, construction, artwork and packaging.
Product scope: a continuous, non-perforated silicone surface with fiberglass reinforcement sealed inside, including the perimeter. For open mesh, see silicone mesh baking mats.
The finished outline includes the sealed silicone edge. We check size changes against available tooling before confirming the production route.
| Customization | Starting MOQ | What determines the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Existing specification; rectangular or square size | 500 pcs / size | Existing construction and compatible tooling. |
| Existing thickness; standard rounded corners | 500 pcs / specification | Use an established thickness and corner design. |
| Round format | 1,000 pcs / size | Confirm diameter and sealed-edge construction. |
| Custom border width | 1,000 pcs / specification | New tooling moves the project into structural development. |
| New thickness or reinforced border | 2,000 pcs / construction | Body thickness and border thickness are specified separately. |
| Complex outline or new structural design | 2,000–3,000 pcs / design | Tooling is quoted separately when required. |
A logo on an existing mat is the simplest branding route. Custom silicone colors and detailed printed layouts require separate production preparation.
| Customization | Starting MOQ | What determines the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Existing body color | 500–1,000 pcs / color | The selected specification determines the starting quantity. |
| Existing border color | 1,000 pcs / color | Confirm the available border and body combination. |
| Pantone body or border color | 3,000 pcs / color | Approve a physical color sample before production. |
| Custom two-color combination | 3,000 pcs / combination | Specify the body and border colors separately. |
| Logo; single-color rulers or pastry circles | 500 pcs / artwork | One approved layout, size and print color. |
| Multi-color or full-surface functional printing | 1,000 pcs / artwork | Fine detail and positional accuracy are reviewed with the artwork. |
Packaging has its own production minimum. Count individual mats in pieces and assembled retail packs in sets.
| Customization | Starting MOQ | What determines the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Individual OPP bag; standard SKU sticker | 500 pcs | A straightforward packing route for an initial order. |
| Custom paper sleeve | 1,000 pcs / artwork | Confirm the folded or rolled pack dimensions first. |
| Printed header card or color box | 3,000 pcs / artwork | The print run applies to each packaging design. |
| Premium or fully custom packaging | 3,000–5,000 pcs / design | Box structure, insert and finish are quoted together. |
| Standard multi-pack | 1,000 sets | List the size and quantity of every mat in the set. |
| Retail color-box set | 3,000 sets / artwork | Each component mat must also meet its production requirement. |
Changes to the surface, silicone formulation or fiberglass reinforcement are development projects. The quote defines the construction and sample approval requirements.
| Customization | Starting MOQ | What determines the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Custom matte or low-glare finish | 2,000 pcs / finish | Define the required appearance and assess the sample in use. |
| New surface texture or embossing | 2,000–3,000 pcs / finish | Texture tooling is quoted where required. |
| Custom hardness or fiberglass specification | 2,000–3,000 pcs / specification | Provide the target property and how it will be checked. |
| Special silicone compound | 3,000+ pcs / formulation | Material feasibility and the final quantity are confirmed during review. |
02 / Size & tooling
The fiberglass reinforcement sits inside the silicone. Cutting through a finished mat breaks that enclosure. We make the mat to its final outline with the perimeter sealed.
A rectangular size that fits an established production setup starts at 500 pieces per size. Changes to the outline, border thickness or corner geometry can require new tooling and move the order into the 2,000–3,000-piece development range.
Send the flat inside dimensions of the tray. Include the corner radius, required clearance and finished mat thickness. The outside rim measurement alone does not define the usable liner area.

03 / Make it your product
A logo, pastry circles and a full-surface measurement layout are different print jobs. Define the finished artwork size, print colors and position from the mat edge.
Use a physical sample to approve appearance and placement. A screen proof confirms layout; it does not establish color match or measurement accuracy on the finished mat.
04 / Put the quantities together
These examples show how the minimums work together. They are planning configurations, with final quantities confirmed in the quote.
A / Branded launch
500 mats
Existing rectangular construction, an available standard color, one single-color logo and individual bags.
The size and artwork minimums apply to the same batch of 500 mats.
B / Two-size range
1,000 mats total
500 mats in each of two existing rectangular sizes, with one approved single-color layout per size and standard bags.
A 500-piece minimum per size means 500 of each, even with the same brand.
C / Retail color program
3,000 mats + boxes
One existing size, one Pantone border color and one printed color-box design, with one mat in each box.
The color and packaging runs each meet their 3,000-piece starting minimum.
Choose an existing size and thickness. Use an available color, one print layout and a bag with a label. Add more sizes, Pantone colors or retail boxes when you have demand for each variant. If a retail set contains two mats, 1,000 sets means 2,000 individual mats; list each component before requesting the quote.
05 / From drawing to production
Keep the approved drawing, artwork and sample under the same project reference. They define what will be produced and checked.
Provide finished dimensions, quantity per variant, print files, packaging and destination. Include the application and required arrival date.
Review the construction, MOQ, unit price, sample cost and any tooling or print setup charges. Confirm the production and shipping schedule.
Check tray fit, corners, sealed edges, thickness, print position, color and packaging. Include your intended use in the sample evaluation.
Approve the final specification, quantity breakdown and packing details. Use the approved sample as the reference for production inspection.
Buyer questions
Plan from 500 pieces per size for an existing fully encapsulated construction, and 500 pieces per artwork for a logo or single-color print. New structural designs start at 2,000–3,000 pieces, with tooling quoted separately when required. The final MOQ is confirmed for the complete specification.
Yes. An existing mat construction with one approved logo layout starts at 500 pieces per artwork. Custom Pantone silicone, a new structure or printed retail boxes introduce their own minimum quantities.
Do not combine different variants when planning the order. A 500-piece minimum per size means 500 of each size. Custom Pantone colors are planned at 3,000 pieces per color. Send the quantity breakdown so we can check whether any production stages can be shared.
No. A size that works with existing tooling and the established sealed-edge construction can follow the 500-piece route. A new outline or border structure that needs new tooling is quoted as a development project.
Order the finished size you need. Cutting a fully encapsulated mat opens the sealed perimeter and exposes its fiberglass reinforcement. Send the flat inner tray dimensions and corner shape before the mat is made.
A printed color box starts at 3,000 pieces per artwork, while a basic branded mat can start at 500 pieces. Choose a standard bag and label for a smaller first order, or request a separate quote for the larger packaging run. Storage and later use of excess packaging must be agreed in the order.
Yes. Specify whether you need an existing product sample, a printed sample or a prototype with a new construction. Sample cost, setup cost and timing are confirmed after the specification is reviewed. Bulk production follows approval of the agreed sample and order details.
The production schedule is confirmed with the quotation. Existing construction, color matching, print preparation, new tooling and packaging each affect the schedule. Include your required arrival date and destination so sampling, production and shipping can be planned together.
Your next order
Start with the information you have. A dimensioned drawing or tray reference helps us identify the right construction and production setup.
For a specific material formulation or documentation requirement, identify it in your inquiry so it can be included in the specification review.
