Silicone-coated polyester mesh / OEM supply
Cut to your tray.
Start from 10 pieces.
SIFMAT supplies silicone-coated polyester mesh in custom sheets, round liners and rolls. Specify the tray size, cutouts and pack format for your steaming or food-drying operation.

01 / Choose the customization
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 10 pieces when we cut an existing mesh to a simple outline. Changing the mesh or coating requires a new material batch. Use the quantities below to plan the order; your quotation confirms the minimum for each specification.
Material scope: silicone-coated PET polyester woven mesh for steaming and dehydration. For fully encapsulated fiberglass baking mats, use the silicone baking mat customization guide.
Keep an existing polyester mesh construction and specify the finished dimensions.
| Custom option | Starting MOQ | Order details |
|---|---|---|
| Rectangle, square, round or simple outline | 10 pcs | Per size and outline, cut from available mesh. |
| Center hole, notch or rounded corners | 20 pcs | Specify hole position, notch dimensions and corner radius. |
| Complex custom profile | 50 pcs | Send a dimensioned drawing. Dedicated tooling starts from 100 pcs, with tooling quoted separately. |
| Custom roll width or roll length | 50 linear meters | State both width and length. Available parent-roll width determines the cutting layout. |
Count individual mats, finished sets and packaging units separately.
| Custom option | Starting MOQ | Order details |
|---|---|---|
| Standard clear bags | 10 pcs | State the number of mats in each bag. |
| Multi-piece sets | 50 sets | Specify the size and quantity of every mat in the set. |
| Logo labels, instruction cards or barcode labels | 100 pcs | Use standard bags with your approved label or card design. |
| Logo printed on the mat | 500 pcs | Approve print position and size on a sample; keep the working mesh openings clear. |
| Private label program | 500 pcs | Define the mat, artwork and pack format. Printed bags and boxes carry their own minimums. |
| Custom printed bags or color boxes | 1,000 pcs | Per packaging design. Confirm pack dimensions and mats per pack. |
Changing the base mesh or coating requires a material production batch. These minimums are measured in roll length.
| Custom option | Starting MOQ | Order details |
|---|---|---|
| Mesh opening or mesh count | 500 linear meters | Specify the finished opening and the smallest food pieces the mesh needs to support. |
| Thickness, finished weight or coating amount | 500 linear meters | Define thickness and weight in g/m² for the finished coated mesh. |
| Silicone color or single-/double-sided coating | 500 linear meters | Per selected construction and color. |
| Base-mesh color or special coating formulation | 500–1,000 linear meters | The selected base mesh, formulation and production setup determine the batch. |
02 / Get the fit right
Send the usable inside dimensions of the tray, together with the finished liner size. A tray’s outside rim measurement does not define its flat base.
Standard polyester mesh can be cut to the finished outline without a molded silicone border. Specify any reinforced edge separately. Check the sample in the actual tray before approving the production batch.

03 / Specify the mesh
Tell us what the liner needs to hold: fruit slices, herbs, dumplings or another product. Include the smallest piece size and the condition of the food when loaded. The mesh opening must support the product while leaving a path for steam or drying air.
If an existing mesh meets the requirement, the project stays within the cutting minimum. A new opening, thickness, finished weight or coating changes the material specification and moves the order to a roll-production minimum.
Define the complete operating cycle. Include temperature, exposure time, loading and cleaning conditions. Confirm the finished mesh grade and required food-contact documents for that use during sample approval.

These configurations show how the quantities work. The quotation confirms material availability, cutting yield and the minimum for each size or artwork.
40 mats
710 × 680 mm liners, one existing mesh construction and standard bags.
Meets the 10-piece cutting minimum. Confirm the available material width and cutting layout before production.
100 sets / 200 mats
Two same-size mats per bag, with one branded label on each of 100 bags.
Meets the 50-set starting minimum and the 100-label minimum. No direct printing on the mesh is needed.
500 linear meters
A custom opening at an agreed roll width, supplied as rolls or converted into sheets.
Confirm the finished sheet yield from the cutting layout. Conversion and packaging are included as separate quote items.
05 / From sample to supply
The drawing, material specification and approved sample define the order. Keep size, mesh, artwork and packing details under one project reference.
Share tray dimensions, food type, operating cycle, order quantity and packaging. Attach a drawing or provide a tray reference.
Confirm material, MOQ per variant, cutting charges, sample costs and any tooling. Agree the production and shipping schedule.
Check fit, food support, release and handling through your steaming or drying cycle. Check the dimensions again after cleaning.
Sign off the final dimensions, mesh construction, quantity breakdown, artwork and packing format before production.
Buyer questions
Simple sizes and outlines cut from existing silicone-coated polyester mesh start at 10 pieces. Holes, notches and rounded corners start at 20 pieces; complex profiles start at 50 pieces. Changes to mesh opening, thickness or standard coating construction start at 500 linear meters. The quote confirms the minimum for each specification.
Yes. A 40-piece rectangular order exceeds the 10-piece cutting minimum. Send the finished mat dimensions and tray details so we can check the available material width and cutting layout. A new mesh construction or custom packaging adds its own production minimum.
A molded border is not required for the standard cut-to-size polyester mesh format. The mesh is cut to the approved outline. If your equipment requires a reinforced edge or another edge treatment, include it in the drawing for a separate review.
Yes. Specify the outside diameter, center-hole diameter and hole position. Center holes start at 20 pieces using an existing mesh construction. Include any clearance required around the tray hub.
No. Linear meters measure roll length at an agreed width. The number of finished mats depends on mat dimensions, roll width, cutting orientation and waste. Request a cutting-yield calculation when ordering custom material as finished sheets.
Yes. Logo labels, instruction cards and barcode labels start at 100 pieces. Standard bags with branded labels provide a simple first-order option. Custom printed bags and color boxes start at 1,000 packaging units per design.
Choose the material for the actual process. This page covers polyester mesh for steaming and dehydration. Oven baking needs a separate material selection; a silicone coating alone does not establish the working temperature of the finished mesh. Include process temperature, cycle duration and cleaning conditions in the inquiry.
