01 / Order quantities

What can you customize,
and where does MOQ start?

Simple custom sizes start from 100 pieces per size using existing material and colors. Border changes, new mesh, printing and packaging carry separate minimums. These are starting quantities for order planning; the quotation confirms the MOQ for each finished specification.

Product scope: silicone-coated fiberglass open mesh with a sealed perimeter for baking. See separate options for solid silicone baking mats and polyester mesh steaming and dehydrator liners.

Size, shape & sealed border

Specify the finished mat dimensions, including the silicone perimeter. Existing material and a simple outline keep the starting quantity low.

Standard or custom rectangular size100 pcs / sizeExisting mesh, thickness and color; dimensions include the sealed border.
Round, square or simple corner changes100 pcs / shapeSupply the diameter, corner radius or cut-corner dimensions.

New thickness300 pcs / thicknessDefine mesh-body and border thickness separately. Special constructions require a separate quote.
Custom border width300 pcs / specificationState the width on each edge and the usable mesh area.

Mesh, color & printing

A new mesh construction changes the material batch. Color matching and printing are counted by specification, color or artwork.

Private label packaging & sets

Packaging minimums count bags, cards, sleeves or boxes. Set quantities count complete packs, with the mat quantity checked separately.

02 / Size & construction

Draw the finished mat.
Include the sealed edge.

Measure the usable inside base of the tray. Give the finished mat length and width, the corner detail and the clearance you need around the edge. Include the silicone border in the overall dimensions.

  • Overall size: length × width, or diameter, in millimeters.
  • Border: width on each side, corner radius and edge thickness.
  • Mesh body: thickness, finished opening and required usable area.
  • Fit: tray drawing or photo, tolerance and quantity per size.

A wider border reduces the open-mesh area. For example, a 400 × 600 mm mat with a 20 mm border on every side has a nominal 360 × 560 mm mesh area before allowing for corners.

Order the final outline from us. Cutting a finished fiberglass mat can open the sealed perimeter and expose the reinforcement.

03 / Brand details

Keep the print useful
and the mesh open.

Place a logo on the border or specify baking guides across the mesh. For eclairs, cookies or macarons, provide the guide dimensions, spacing, row count and distance from the mat edge.

Send vector artwork at the finished print size. Define the mesh color and border color separately, using a Pantone reference for a new color match. Approve the physical sample for color, print position and line clarity.

A printed guide marks a position; it does not create a molded cavity. If the product needs walls or a formed pocket, include that structure in the drawing for a separate tooling review.

04 / Build the order

Three ways to start.

Use these examples to separate mat quantities from packaging quantities. Each assumes an existing mesh construction; new colors or artwork add their own minimums.

A / Bakery tray fit

Two custom sizes

200 mats total

100 mats at 300 × 400 mm and 100 mats at 400 × 600 mm, with an existing border color and plain individual bags.

Each size meets the 100-piece starting minimum. The sealed edge and corner details are included in the drawing.

B / Branded product

One logo, one size

500 mats + 500 card packs

One existing mesh, one standard border color, one logo artwork and an OPP bag with a printed card for each mat.

The 500-piece printing run and 500-pack card minimum set the starting quantity for this configuration.

C / Retail two-pack

Two mats per box

3,000 sets / 6,000 mats

Two same-size mats in each printed retail box, with one box artwork across the order.

Plan 3,000 boxes and 6,000 mats. If the set mixes sizes or colors, list the component quantities separately.

05 / Sample approval

Agree the details
before the production run.

The approved drawing, material specification, artwork and packing instructions define the order. Keep them together under one project reference for repeat supply.

  1. 01

    Send the specification

Include the tray, finished dimensions, food type, operating cycle, order quantity, destination and delivery date.

  2. 02

    Confirm the quotation

Review MOQ per variant, sample cost, print setup, tooling, packaging and production schedule.

  3. 03

    Test the sample

Check tray fit, border finish, dough release and print layout through the intended baking and cleaning cycle.

  4. 04

    Approve for production

Sign off dimensions, mesh, color, artwork and packing. Agree the required product documents for the destination market.

Buyer questions

Custom sizes,
branding and MOQ.

What is the MOQ for custom perforated silicone baking mats?
Simple custom sizes using existing mesh, thickness and colors start from 100 pieces per size. Complex outlines, new thicknesses and custom border widths start from 300 pieces. Custom colors, mesh specifications and printing start from 500 pieces. Printed retail boxes start from 3,000 boxes. The quotation confirms the minimum for the complete configuration.
Can I split 100 pieces between two sizes?
The size minimum applies to each size. An order for 100 mats at 300 × 400 mm and 100 mats at 400 × 600 mm contains 200 mats across two sizes. Adding colors, artwork or a new mesh specification introduces separate minimums.
Can you add a logo or eclair and macaron guides?
Yes. Logo printing and baking guides start from 500 pieces per artwork. Send a vector file with the print dimensions, colors and position. The sample approval covers line clarity, placement and the finished open mesh. Multi-color work and printing setup are quoted with the project.
Can I cut a finished fiberglass mesh mat to fit my tray?
Order the finished size with the silicone perimeter already sealed. Cutting through a finished border can expose fiberglass at the edge. Include tray dimensions, corner details and the required clearance in the drawing before production.
Does a larger mesh opening always give a better baking result?
No. The opening must support the dough as well as provide an airflow path. The finished opening, mesh construction, tray support and recipe all affect the result. Compare samples on the intended tray using the same dough weight and baking cycle.
What is the minimum for a private label two-pack?
A standard multi-pack starts from 500 sets. A two-pack at that quantity contains 1,000 mats. Custom printed retail-box sets start from 3,000 sets, or 6,000 mats for a two-pack. Size, color and artwork minimums must also be met.
How long do custom samples and production take?
The quotation sets the sample and production schedule after the material, drawing, artwork and packaging are agreed. A new mesh construction, color match or packaging tool adds preparation work. Include the required delivery date and destination in the inquiry.
