SIFMAT supplies PTFE-coated fiberglass open mesh for drying, curing, conveying and equipment liners. Define the material, finished format and working conditions for your production line or commercial equipment.
Existing mesh rolls start at 10 m² and rectangular cut sheets at 100 pieces. Fabricated belts are quoted to the machine specification; new material constructions have a separate batch minimum.

01 / Process requirements
The open weave lets air pass through the working surface; the PTFE coating provides release. The right specification balances ventilation, product support, contact conditions and mechanical demands.

02 / Choose the supply format
A roll supplies material for conversion. A cut sheet fits a stationary surface. A conveyor belt adds joints, edges and a running specification. Identify the finished format before comparing quantities or prices.
Specify usable width, length per roll, quantity, mesh aperture and coated thickness. Include winding, core and splice requirements for your converting equipment.
Starting quantity: 10 m² from an existing grade. Area equals width × length × roll count.
Send length × width, diameter or a drawing with tolerances. Define corner radii, holes, edge treatment and mounting details.
Rectangular raw-cut sheets start at 100 pieces per size. Shapes, binding and formed parts have separate finishing minimums.
Specify belt width, endless circumference or open length, joint style and edge reinforcement. Include roller diameter, speed, tension and product load.
Quoted by project. Approve the complete moving assembly for the equipment, including the joint and edge details.
03 / Minimum order quantities
Rolls and new material batches use square meters. Sheets use pieces per size. Fabricated belts need an equipment-specific quotation. Labels and retail packaging add separate minimums when required.
Starting MOQ guide: use the quantities below to plan an inquiry. The quotation confirms the minimum for the selected material, cutting layout, edge treatment and packaging. Material availability and sample approval are part of that confirmation.
Roll supply is measured by area. A finished belt is quoted against its dimensions, joint, reinforcement and machine requirements.

These starting quantities apply to cutting and finishing an available mesh grade. Quantities are per size and edge specification.

Selecting an existing grade and producing a new grade follow different order rules. An aperture, thickness and color must be available together as one construction.

04 / Material & construction
Specify the clear opening between coated yarns and the finished coated thickness. The mesh must support the smallest item being handled while providing the required ventilation. For a moving belt, include the load, support spacing, roller dimensions and operating speed.
State the temperature profile, dwell time, chemicals in contact and cleaning method. Confirm these conditions for the complete assembly, including the joint and edge reinforcement.
Keep the grade unchanged and define roll dimensions, sheet outlines or the belt construction. Available parent-roll width determines the cutting layout.
A new weave, coated thickness or PTFE color requires a production batch. Plan from 100 m² per construction or custom color, before fabrication.
Performance requirements: identify anti-static resistance targets and test conditions in the specification. For food-contact processes, include the required documentation for the selected grade and intended use.

= 0.50 × 20 × 2 = 20 m².
Meets the 10 m² starting material quantity for an available grade. Confirm usable width, aperture, thickness, winding and splice requirements.

400 × 600 mm × 100 panels
= 0.40 × 0.60 × 100 = 24 m².
Meets the rectangular-sheet starting quantity. Edge finishing, mounting holes, tolerances and trim waste are separate quotation details.

The request is evaluated as a fabricated assembly. Include joint style, edges, roller diameter, load and speed. Acceptance and minimum order are confirmed for the project.
06 / From specification to production
A material sample identifies the mesh construction. A finished-part trial verifies fit and operation. Keep the approved grade, drawing and acceptance criteria together for repeat orders.
Send the equipment reference, working conditions and required roll, sheet or belt format. Include quantities and a drawing or current part reference.
Review aperture, coating, dimensions, joints, edges and performance requirements. Agree sample scope, quotation and timing.
Check fit, product support, release and cleaning. For belts, verify tracking, joint passage and edge condition under the agreed operating load.
Confirm the material and drawing revisions, inspection criteria, identification and transport protection. Use the approved specification for repeat supply.

A new finished size can be cut from an existing mesh roll. For example, a 385 × 425 mm sheet can follow the 100-piece starting route when the selected grade and roll width suit the layout. A new aperture, coating construction or PTFE color requires a material production batch.
Start with the smallest item the mesh must support, the required airflow, surface contact and mechanical load. Specify the clear opening between coated yarns and the finished coated thickness. For moving belts, include speed, tension, roller diameter and support spacing so the complete construction can be reviewed.
Use a branded sticker, header card, sleeve or box for the standard private-label route. Direct printing on the open PTFE mesh is not a standard option. An edge-attached label can be reviewed with a compatible bound-edge construction.
One sheet has a finished area of 0.132 m². Dividing 100 m² by 0.132 gives approximately 758 sheet-equivalents before waste. This is an area comparison, not a promised output: usable roll width, cutting layout, trim and rejected pieces determine the delivered quantity.
List the quantity for each finished size, color and edge construction. Sizes cut from the same grade can be reviewed together for material usage, but each size still has its own cutting requirement. New colors and separate packaging artworks have separate batch minimums.
No. An industrial anti-static order needs an identified grade, required resistance values and agreed test conditions. Request it as a separate industrial specification; black color alone does not establish anti-static performance or food-contact suitability.
