Custom Shaped Silicone Mat
Fully encapsulated silicone fiberglass mats in custom outlines, including lifting-tab, cross-shaped and polygonal designs for baking and food preparation.
Product overview
Custom shaped silicone mats combine a continuous silicone working surface with an embedded fiberglass reinforcement and a sealed perimeter. Round mats with extended lifting tabs, cross-shaped loaf pan liners and polygonal designs adapt the finished mat to the pan, handling method or OEM product concept. Dimensions, tab geometry, border construction and printing are checked together against an approved drawing and sample before production.

Purchasing questions
Frequently asked questions
Product-specific answers for sampling, customization and production planning.
Which custom shapes can you make?
Reference designs include round mats with extended lifting tabs, cross-shaped loaf pan liners and hexagonal or other polygonal mats. Send a dimensioned drawing or pan reference so we can check the working area, outline, corners and sealed-edge construction.
Are these pure silicone mats or fiberglass-reinforced mats?
This range uses fiberglass reinforcement fully enclosed by silicone on both faces and around the finished perimeter. The working surface is continuous and non-perforated. It is not an open-mesh mat; intentional handle openings or cut-outs are separate design features that need sealed edges.
Can I cut the mat or add a handle hole after delivery?
Do not cut, trim or punch the finished mat: doing so can expose the fiberglass reinforcement. Lifting tabs, handle openings, slots and notches must be specified before production so all affected edges can be sealed. Do not use the mat as a cutting board.
What is the MOQ for a custom shaped silicone mat?
Use 2,000–3,000 pcs per shape as an indicative planning range for a new custom outline or structure, with tooling quoted separately where required. Existing tooling is reviewed case by case. Color, printing and packaging requirements may set a higher order quantity.
Can you add border colors, logos or printed circles?
Yes. Body and border colors, logos, concentric circles and functional guides can be developed from approved artwork. Confirm artwork dimensions and position relative to the outline, plus the intended food-contact use and document requirements.
Can I approve a Custom Shaped Silicone Mat sample before bulk production?
Sample availability depends on whether the shape uses existing tooling or needs development. For a new design, confirm pan fit, tab handling, border encapsulation and artwork on a pre-production sample before approving the bulk order.
What should I specify for a Custom Shaped Silicone Mat quotation?
Send a dimensioned outline or pan drawing, overall and working-area dimensions, tab and cut-out geometry, thickness, quantity per shape and color, artwork, packaging, operating temperature and destination-market documentation requirements.
How are packaging, samples and lead time confirmed for Custom Shaped Silicone Mat?
Bulk or individual OPP packing, paper sleeves and printed retail boxes are available. Packing quantities follow the complete product order; sleeve and box print runs are confirmed separately. Prototype or pre-production sample availability is confirmed after the outline, sealed edges and tooling are reviewed. Sampling and production lead times are quoted after approval of the drawing, tooling scope, quantity, artwork and packaging. MOQ, packing configuration and delivery schedule are confirmed after the final material, dimensions and quantity are approved.
